By accessing https://ohmygif.app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Description of service

OhMyGIF provides free, browser-based GIF utilities. Tools run client-side; the operator does not store or process the files you upload.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to violate any law or third-party right.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, except with prior written consent.
• Use the site to generate or process unlawful content (CSAM, threats of violence, etc.).
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or republish the site's source in a deceptive manner.

4. No warranties

The site and all tools are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools are error-free, that the site will be available at all times, or that the output will fit any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, copy, and code are the property of the operator. The output of the tools (e.g., a converted GIF or MP4) belongs to you. You retain all rights in the input you upload.

7. Third-party services

We use Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Their terms apply to data collected by them.

8. Termination

We may modify or discontinue the site at any time, with or without notice. We may also block users who violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of Seoul, Korea.
